1. Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all contractual relationships between RIZE Bookazine (Babak Shahverdi, Gumppenbergstr. 1, 81679 Munich, Germany) and the customer.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business, or profession. A business customer is any natural or legal person or partnership acting in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply, even if they are not expressly rejected.

1.2 The customer must be at least 18 years old.

1.3 Customer service is available via email at: abo@rize-magazine.de

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Order process
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Products can be added to the cart and ordered. Before submitting an order, the customer may review and correct the information at any time. The order can only be placed if the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions by checking the designated box.
2.2 Order confirmation
After submitting the order, the customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract becomes legally binding upon delivery of the first issue or, for digital products, upon access and download availability.

3. Delivery and Performance
3.1 Delivery usually starts approx. 3–14 days after ordering depending on the publication date.
3.2 Delivery takes place only after payment has been received.
3.3 In cases of force majeure (including strike or lockdown), the publisher may suspend delivery. In such cases, the customer is also released from the obligation to pay.

4. Payment
4.1 Subscription fees are due upon conclusion of the contract and payable in advance. Payment is possible via PayPal or credit card.
4.2 Goods remain the property of the provider until full payment is received.
4.3 All prices include VAT.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal instructions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and are provided below.
If you have ordered a print magazine subscription, you do not have to return issues already received; however, promotional gifts or bonus items must be returned.
