Estelle Manor is an award-winning country house hotel and private members’ club set in a Grade-II listed landmark house in Eyns-ham, Oxfordshire. It is surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens. A hosted home and countryside companion to private members’ club Maison Estelle in Mayfair, London.

Estelle Manor Trip

The beautiful deluxe resort is located 100 km northwest of London, near Oxford. Estelle Manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired bath house spa, 108 bedrooms and a gym with a class studio and padel courts.

The south terrace is a Riviera-inspired space with a superior vantage point over acres of gardens, and features a 25-metre swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds with hand-crafted umbrellas and a well-appointed bar. For further relaxation, there is Eynsham Baths, a place of ritual and indulgence, the Roman-inspired 3,000 sq m spa encompasses a vast tepidarium bathing hall, five pools, a lounge, ten treatment rooms and a bar. Also there are of course a multitude of dining and drinking venues in some of the house’s most memorable spaces.

The proprietor is Sharan Pasricha, a London-based entrepreneur of indian descent. Sharan founded the hospitality and operating company Ennismore, and has acquired top hotels, The Hoxton and Gleneagles. He is the founder of Maison Estelle and Estelle Manor and in 2022 was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to the hotel industry.

Quite surprisingly, the proprietors of this fine English country-house hotel have engaged the services of a New York-based interior design studio, Roman & Williams, one of America’s most celebrated design studios. Roman & Williams were responsible for The British Galleries at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, various top Hotels like the NoMad in London. They transformed Estelle Manor, once a neo-Jacobean mansion, then a wartime maternity hospital, and a police training centre. It’s now a mix of grand patterned hallways and staircases, gloriously ornate ceilings, contemporary art and heavy drapes, while the malachite emerald and copper mirrors of the restaurant “The Billiards Room“ make for one of the most stunning dining rooms in existence.

Estelle Manor Spa

Estelle Manor is the sister to a London members’ club called Maison Estelle. There’s a huge diversity of accommodations, ranging across the main house, the converted stables, and a number of cottages and houses. You can do Pilates in The Clubhouse, go shopping for luxury interiors goods in the boutique, and spend all day in the new Roman-inspired 3,000 square metre Eynsham baths with five pools, 10 treatment rooms and a bar. All, at every level, combine deluxe comfort with outstanding design. 3,000 acres of parkland offer plenty to do outside the house — and there’s the rest of Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds to explore. The Cotswolds, an “Area of outstanding natural beauty“, have become to London what the Hamptons on Long Island are to New York City. In short: Estelle Manor is definitely worth a trip...
